Privacy Policy

SwiftSource, LLC ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights — in plain language.

The Short Version

  • FocusSensei app: AI runs on-device and focus data syncs through your personal iCloud account. Additional app data disclosures are described below.
  • WorldAway app: No account and no personal information. It never accesses your camera, microphone, or surroundings, and uses anonymous analytics only.
  • Website: Hosting processes request information, we use aggregate website analytics, and we collect the contact details you submit so we can respond.
  • We never sell your data. Ever.

FocusSensei App

Focus Data and iCloud

Your focus sessions, tasks, plans, and progress data are stored on your device. Syncing uses your personal iCloud account.

On-Device AI

AI processing happens on your device. On supported devices, you can enable or disable each AI feature in Settings.

Calendar & Reminders Integration

Calendar and Reminders access is controlled by the permissions you grant on your device. You can change those permissions in Settings.

App Data Disclosures

FocusSensei's published App Store privacy declarations include data that may be used for tracking and data that may be collected without being linked to your identity:

  • Identifiers, including device ID: Disclosed for tracking, third-party advertising, and analytics.
  • Usage data, including product interaction: Disclosed for analytics and app functionality.
  • Diagnostics, including crash and performance data: Disclosed for analytics and app functionality.

These disclosures may vary with the features you use. Review the current App Store privacy disclosures for details.

Age Requirement

Our Terms of Service require users to be at least 13 years old. The App Store's content age rating is a separate classification.

WorldAway App

No Account or Personal Information

WorldAway does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, location, or contacts. It never accesses your camera, microphone, hand or eye tracking, or your surroundings.

Settings on Your Device

Your sound levels, weather choices, and time-of-day settings are saved on your Apple Vision Pro so they are restored on your next visit. They stay on your device and are removed when you delete the app.

Anonymous Analytics

WorldAway uses TelemetryDeck to send a small number of anonymous signals: when you enter or leave a scene, how long a visit lasts, which preset, rain, and cloud settings you choose, whether sound is on, how long the scene takes to load, and where it failed if it could not open. TelemetryDeck also reports the app version, visionOS version, device model, language, region, time zone, and some accessibility settings. Each installation is identified only by a hashed identifier created on your device. This data is not linked to your identity, is not used for tracking or advertising, and is never sold. SwiftSource Website

Website Hosting

This website uses Google Firebase Hosting. Google processes incoming IP addresses to detect abuse and analyze hosting usage. Learn more in Firebase's privacy and security information.

Website Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website traffic and performance. It reports aggregate measurements such as page views, referring websites, country, device and browser type, and page loading performance. It does not use cookies, local storage, or browser fingerprinting to identify visitors.

We do not send contact form fields to this analytics service. Learn more about Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Contact Form

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, inquiry category, and message. Formspree processes and stores the submission and sends an email notification to our inquiry inbox. We use these details to respond to your inquiry. You can also contact us directly by email. Cookies and Browser Storage

This website uses local storage on your device to remember your theme preference. We do not add advertising or analytics cookies to the website.

Third-Party Services

  • Apple: App Store distribution, iCloud sync, and app services.
  • Google Firebase: Website hosting and related request processing.
  • Formspree: Contact form submission storage and email notifications.
  • TelemetryDeck: Anonymous usage and diagnostic analytics for the WorldAway app.
  • Cloudflare: Aggregate website traffic and performance analytics.

Data Retention

  • Local focus data: Stored on your device until you remove it or delete the app.
  • iCloud data: Stored in your iCloud account until you delete it.
  • WorldAway settings: Stored on your device until you delete the app.
  • WorldAway analytics: Retained by TelemetryDeck according to its published privacy policy.
  • Contact form submissions: Stored in Formspree according to our account plan; copies are also sent to our inquiry inbox. You can request deletion by contacting us.
  • Hosting request data: Retained by Google according to Firebase's published privacy information.
  • Website analytics: Cloudflare currently provides access to the previous six months of analytics. See Cloudflare's analytics documentation for its current data availability and sampling practices.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and update the "last updated" date.
